… I’ve seen Italian chefs on television cook pasta and swear by lots of salt in the water, so I put lots of salt in my water, but neglected to put enough water in. The result? All the water evaporated, the pasta absorbed all the salt and began to stick to the bottom. So I’m left eating salty, soggy pasta. Bon Appetit!
